The FounderMy love for plants grew into a business in 1986. This love came to me honestly from my grandparents' and my Dad's knowledge and from natural plant instincts that were honed over a life time of growing vegetables, herb gardens, orchards and house plants.Plants are not just something to stick into a corner and gather dust, absolutely not! Plants are living, breathing beings that do their best when cared for with love and the right combination of water, nutrients and light. I use my design skills that I acquired with Interior Design courses to help my clients choose containers that will compliment their decor. I always make sure that the plants we decide on will not only look beautiful, but will also flourish in their new home. I take what I do very seriously. I do my best to treat plants, as well as all living beings with respect and genuine caring. I use organic and natural methods as I believe that pesticides, insecticides and herbicides are not healthy for any of us. I enjoy going into my accounts and I get joy from watching the plants grow, bloom and thrive. |
